Hope & Hustle Africa Foundation, Inc. is a grassroots non-profit corporation committed to creating dignity through work and wellness. We have successfully registered with the IRS and been assigned our permanent Employer Identification Number (EIN): 39-4781227.

IMPORTANT TAX AND COMPLIANCE NOTICE

We have filed our application for federal tax-exempt status (Form 1023) and are awaiting final approval from the IRS. Contributions will be treated as tax-deductible retroactive to our date of incorporation (October 8, 2025), IF our 501(c)(3) status is ultimately approved. We confirm that no goods, services, or benefits were provided in exchange for this contribution.

For transparency, we operate with an estimated financial allocation of 67.5% Program / 24% Management / 8.5% Fundraising. A copy of our current financial statement is available upon request, and documents filed under the Maryland Solicitations Act are available from the Secretary of State for the cost of copies and postage.
